Support requests will usually receive a reply within 2 hours during our Support hours: 8:00 (am) until 22:00 (10:00 pm) Central
European time weekdays. Requests for training or bug fixes are handled as soon as possible. Change requests are managed according to
workload and priority, and upon approval of any additional work required.
