Migration

Migration refers to the process of moving from one system to another. A system is made up of the data and the relations between it on the one hand and the logic that exist in the system for working with that data.

We have extensive experience with importing data from various formats: Outlook contacts, Access databases, Excel spreadsheets, ACT files, or even ten-year-old systems that are no longer supported. The advantage is that once they are in ReloTracker™, you have much greater possibilities to work with the information.

Beyond importing data, we have also migrated entire systems. If your current system relies on Citrix, Access, FileMaker, or is anyway not easily accessible online, then you are not taking advantage of the current possibilities to reduce cost and save time. Besides the powerful capabilities of ReloTracker, we have created systems for companies to help them address specific issues or business requirements.

Integration

Integration refers to the way that different systems can share information. These systems can be within the same company or within different companies. The savings here can be enormous if information can be transferred automatically between systems instead of being copied manually.

Within a company there can be several systems, like an operational system and a financial/accounting system. ReloTracker™ was designed to be a great operational system, but will not become a financial system because accounting regulations are very country-specific.

On the other hand we have integrated ReloTracker™ with accounting systems so that it can automatically transfer information into accounting systems. We can also help integrate ReloTracker™ with other management systems to allow the efficient flow of information.

There are various technologies for doing this such as file export, web services, or database integration. We can advise or develop according to your requirements and whether the other systems are internal or managed by another company.
